I was very pleased with Precision Door's service. I requested repair of a broken cable and had a visit scheduled for 12 noon - 2 PM. The technician called at 10:30 AM and said he could arrive an hour early, if desired. He showed up at 11 AM, looked at the problem and also mentioned some other issues that could be addressed now or in the future. He provided a quote for the morning's work, went to it, and was done in 45 min. He was very professional and personable and did excellent work. I highly recommend their services.

I called Precision at 9:30 am on a Thursday morning with questions about garage door openers. The receptionist said she would have a representative return my call as soon as possible. Ron called me within an hour and reviewed their Liftmaster Garage door opener product line. I agree to purchase 2 WLED openers. He got in touch with one of his installers and said he would be able to come by and do the work at 1:00 pm. Mike arrived a few minutes before 1:00 and began working. He was finished in a little over an hour and walked me through the operation of the product. The service by everyone at Precision was excellent and professional. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
