Called four companies to get a new garage door installed. The sales rep Scott was personable and knowledgeable of the companies product. The other companies that gave us estimates were all business. Measurements styles cost ect. From the time he arrived and we talked he gave me his optionson the product and the guarantee his company offered which was the best of all of them. The estimate was not the lowest but Scott sealed the deal because of his personality and knowledge of his brand. He spoke of the company like it was family not a business and sometimes its not about the best price. It is more about the person selling the product and their personality.
