My Technician (Bobby) did a fantastic job at tearing out my old garage door and opener and replacing it with a new door and opener. He was super nice and had great craftsmanship and attention to detail. My only complaint is that it took a long time for the door to be delivered by the factory but that is out of their hands.

I am very pleased with the service performed by Mike. He arrived on time and within an hour or so we had a new garage door opener installed. This is the second time Precision has done service on our garage doors. I won’t hesitate to use Precision again if the need arises.

The safety sensors on my Craftsman door opener were not allowing the door to close. Mike showed up and very quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly and neatly replaced the sensors, and tightened the chain and made maintenance recommendations. He offered, but did not push, other solutions. A job well done.

My neighbors had good luck with Precision for a complete rebuilding of their garage door mechanism. Therefore, I called Precision. After considering all of the options for a garage door opener repair or re-build, I asked the technician, Mike M, to replace the springs and main gears on my door and to lubricate and adjust the system as needed. Mike did a good job. He arrived on time, he gave me enough details to make a reasoned decision, and he carried out the work in a neat and timely manner. I would have appreciated it if the company had given me a breakdown of the individual parts and labor fees in their emailed receipt, not just a grand total. Fortunately, Mike had verbally given me a breakdown in his estimate before I agreed to the work.
