I picked Precision Garage Door Company because I had seen the add on TV. I had previously had my Garage door fixed (twice before by other companies for broken cables). After Mike from Precision Garage Door came and looked at my current garage door situation he pointed out how the garage door had been leaking water from a poor garage door installation and that's also why the cables kept rusting out and breaking. He also pointed out that the motor was grinding and not doing a good job of pulling open and closing the garage door correctly and was going to break down soon. Hearing that I decided that I wanted someone who already knew how to install a new garage door correctly so I purchased a new door, track system, cables and lift motor. Ron came and installed everything in less than 3 hours, he worked very hard. The whole garage door, track system, and lift motor look so beautiful, 21st Century! The new lift motor opens and closes the garage door quietly and correctly. I am very pleased and would make the same decision if I had to do it all over again. Great quality garage door, track system, cables and lift motor! It was worth every penny and I wish I had gone to Precision Garage Door Company sooner. Why live with mediocre when you can have the best!

Mike Maghakian was awesome. He called at 3:30 from Arlington and was actually at my door in Tewksbury at 4:00. After going through the safety check and pointing out that when the cable snapped the pulley got bent and the eye bolt was deformed. He also pointed out that my rollers were old and did not have bearings. He fully explained my all my options. I went with the complete rebuild, springs, cables, pulleys and rollers. All done in about 1 hour. He even tried to sell me on a new high R Factor Door. If it was not for the Condo Association I would have gone for it. If you need work done on your door ask for Mike! Professional and Courteous.
