What a wonderful experience it was to work with Tom and Ray! Not only are the doors exactly what I wanted and beautiful, but working with Tom and Ray was easy and pleasant. Tom was on top of emailing me and keeping me posted on delivery dates etc. and Ray was not only great at installing the doors but also helped me program everything. Really can't say much more about how great this was! New doors, new motors, new everything!

Jacob arrived hours early (and called first to make sure this was okay) and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, which he explained to me in detail, noting the different repair options I could pursue and what each would cost. I wound up replacing an old motor and the door springs, which Jacob handled expertly. At the end, he went through what he had done, explained how to complete the set up, and demonstrated the key functions. I called Precision because they offered same day and weekend service and were able to come soonest - which turned out to be the day after Thanksgiving. Their website also suggested they’re very experienced and professional, which turned out to be true. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with all aspects of the service provided!
