Review:

I was very happy the phones were answered at 8.10a and someone could come out the same day. The crew phoned to say they were on their way. They were very informed and professional: assessed the problem and gave me some options. The control motor was old (2009) and needed replacing, which they then did in a short time, then worked with me to sync my car up and verify the remote control provided was working. I was impressed with the scope and depth of knowledge shown: this was clearly not a bunch with cursory training or experience, which speaks very well indeed for the way this company is structured. I am very happy with the new unit, particularly with the added capabilities the newer electronics provide.
