Our service gentleman was Ed, and he was absolutely terrific. He arrived early for the appointment (when does that ever happen?!), but that worked out great for us. He was capable, efficient and friendly. He fixed our door very quickly, and the cost was reasonable as well. We are very happy with the service, and we'll definitely use Precision again if we have a need in the future.

Your location was very close to my home! Also, I had used your service in the past and it was excellent. Jacob was awesome....he explained what the problem was and how he could fix it so that it would work most of the time But the motors are old and eventually I will need new door lifts....he will be the one I will call when I can afford them!
