Had a great experience today! Our technician was Justin Rice. He was on time, professional while still being down to earth and friendly, and was obviously very knowledgeable about his work. He clearly explained what had broken on my garage door system, and presented a number of repair/replacement options and was transparent about their pros and cons including pricing. He worked efficiently, and clearly walked me through operation of everything he installed. A nice “bonus touch” - the company texted me when Justin was en route, including a photo of him to confirm when he arrived. Straightforward and clear service like this shouldn’t be as rare as it is. Well done!
