I had three broken cables and disconnected springs on a two car garage. Using one side manually until unable to do so due to the weight of the door. Was able to make an online appointment on Sunday for a Monday (Patriots Day!) afternoon visit (online $25 discount). Got a call from Ron at 10AM that he could come by a.s.a.p. He was here in 10 min. Explained all that was wrong and said he could repair/replace cables/springs and realign to both doors and get them running with existing openers. True to word, done in an ~hour - very kind, no high pressure. Would use this service again and recommend Precision. Local shop (Hudson).

GREAT service! Ron was extremely nice, explained everything in detail, installed the new door opener and then showed me how to work everything with a lot of patience! Tested everything multiple times to make sure it worked correctly and I could operate it. I was last customer of the day and he didn’t rush at all. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

We had garage door springs replaced a few months ago. Then we had another issue. Technician (Ron) came out and deduced it was due to a missing bolt from the other repair. Very honest and no cost. Could easily have made the repair and charged me and I wouldn’t have known. Would definitely recommend the company.

Let's just say, I would recommend precision doors over and over again. Ray came in promptly when they said said they would be there and he was super polite. We have a big garage with lots of tools all over, Ray told us that if it was any other installation company, they would have walked away but he was happy to do it. The install, the doors and the service were second to none and I can't thank Ray enough for the help. My garage looks beautiful for now.

While the lead time for new doors was longer than expected, the installation went very smoothly. The technicians were very efficient, tidy and helpful. The quality of the doors and the one new opener appears to be excellent. The job was completed in about 4 hours and the two installers left everything very neat. They described the operation of the new doors and openers very clearly. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to others.

Everything was first class from the initial consultation through install completion. The person we scheduled the consultation with didn't try to sell us bells and whistles we didn't need, was truly looking out for our best interest. Kept us up to date on delivery and install status. The installers were highly competent and pleasant. Doors were installed quickly and properly. Took the time to explain everything, and took the old doors away. We now have a great set of good looking garage doors with better insulation installed, and at a good price I highly recommend Precision.

The technician didn't try to fix or even diagnose why the chain is not pulled while the motor is running. Instead keeps complaining about everything wants to change the motor, track, strings, and door even after saying we can't afford to replace the door. Discouraged every part/component of the door. Very unprofessional.
