I called Precision at 8:00 Monday morning and Ron Lecours was at our house by 10:30 that morning! That was impressive enough, but then his professional analysis of why our door was not closing as well as his thoroughness to check everything was terrific. He worked carefully and swiftly, and we were repaired with new sensors which he had on his truck with him! Great work and very professional. I found their website very professional also which is why I was drawn to call them.

My garage door would not open - on a weekend. But I got a quick call back with an appointment for early Monday morning. The operating system was very old, so instead of just replacing the broken spring, decided to buy a new system. The tech installed it while on site, and coached me thoroughly on how to operate it. I would highly recommend this company.
