Justin arrived at the top of the time window and got right to work solving our problem. He reprogrammed our remotes and reset the keypad that was malfunctioning. Justin was terrific and knew exactly what the problem with the door was. It had been installed in September and was catching on the way up while opening and wasn’t staying opened without playing with it. He made the proper adjustments in no time and the door works well now.
