the tech did a great job installing the new doors, however, they were not the doors I was expecting. I had discussed doors with a higher R-value with the sales rep, but the wrong ones were ordered and I didn't realize it until the old doors had been removed and the new ones were being installed. I did call the office and they stated the doors on the invoice were the ones being installed. I explained that I realized that, but had wanted the higher R-value doors because I have living space above the garage. I was offered a discount which I accepted, but I'm still a little upset that I didn't get what I thought I was getting. again, to be fair, the quote I received had the model door that was installed on it, but it didn't mention thickness or R-value and I didn't think to check because I thought I had made it clear in my conversation with the sale rep. I do want to restate that the tech that did the install was very professional, polite and clean.
