Luis Pizarro took care of my garage door problem. He very professionally explained to me what was causing the problem and offered reasonable repair solutions. I decided to go for the max option of the opener exchange to a new model. Luis performed this task in about 45 min and cleaned/removed the dysfunctional old parts. He left the guarantee, manual, opener and programmed my old one as well. Thank you Luis!
