I would use Precision Garage Door for any problem related to my garage doors that occurs in the future. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Ron was prompt and friendly and let us know in advance when he was arriving. He diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed and very competently installed a new keypad and helped us to put in our own codes. He also cleaned the garage door springs. An added bonus is that we received a senior discount.

Mike Thurber installed 2 new garage doors for me, and 1 for my neighbor, the same day. He worked so hard in terribly hot weather. I never saw him take a break, and every time I came out and spoke to him, he was smiling, pleasant, and personable. Mike did a fantastic job. When he started to run into losing the light of day, he still stayed until the job was done. I am very grateful for that too.

We needed to replace 2 panels on our garage door because a car had run into it. Tom did the estimate as well as the install a month later. He arrived early and very efficiently installed both panels. He did a great job - very professional. There does seem to be some communications issues with the billing/appointment side and the technicians that resulted in a misunderstanding about an appointment and my deposit. Otherwise, I enjoyed working with them and my garage door looks great.
