Your sales person was great. He showed us all our options. He explained that due to delivery problems it would be several weeks before it would be in and ready for installation. Your service technician/installer was very nice and explained everything he was going to do. The job was done to my satisfaction and he explained that operation of the new system. I just had my garage door checked by Mike Thurber. I called because it sounded like the door was much louder opening & closing than in the past. He inspected & determined that springs and rollers needed replacement. He had all of the parts in the truck and did a very precise job in the replacement and then the lithium spray of those parts to keep them lubricated. My garage door is so quiet again and looks like new. Thanks Mike & Precision for a top notch job !! You are my go to for the garage going forward!!

The technician that came out, Mike, could not have been nicer. Also, Precision came out the same day to diagnose the issue. So for that we are happy. Our problem wound up being a simple two second adjustment, not really a "repair." The safety eye was bent a little inward and that didn't allow the door to close. We are happy this was all that it was and very happy that Precision was honest. It did seem like a lot of money $135 for something that we could have been instructed to check over the phone. We do understand that Precision is in the business of making money so we totally understand and understood upfront there was a 105 diagnostic fee, it did seem like the extra $20 was a bit much for the technician to bend over slightly move the safety eye, something we could have done ourselves. In the end we did learn something about what to look for next time this happens. Overall, the experience was very good.
