We've used Precision before and have had Jacob service us before. That turned out great so naturally we were back for more. Jacob is knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic, all positive traits that we appreciate. 5 Stars *****. We had an odd problem with our motor shutting down and Jason figured it out. We need a NEW motor, but not right away perhaps, so we'll wait to see when it goes down and then buy a new motor from Precision. Jon McAuliffe

Jacob Krummel from Precision Door Service helped repair and service my ten year old garage door today by installing all new springs, rollers, pulleys, cables and the U-shaped bottom seal. Today I backed up my car to a half open garage door and destroyed it. I was desperate, couldn't get the car out of half open garage and busted doors. I called the Precision Garage Door, the technician was there in less than 2 hours. Paul did the necessary emergency repairs, ordered new parts and as soon as the new door panels arrive my garage door will be as new. Thank you, Paul!
