Louis did a fabulous job in taking care of the buzzing in my garage due to backup battery needing replacement. He did not have a battery in the truck but when I asked for something to be done with this problem, that I had already waited 12 days with this buzzing going on continuously when the garage door was open, he called the supervisor to approve using a battery from another carton with other parts. He solved the issue graciously and was very friendly and courteous. He also replaced burned out bulbs that I provided for 2 bulbs that had burned out in the overhead light fixture. I was very happy with the completion of this service call with regard to the repair person. I was not happy with the outrageous cost of $244.17 for a battery and 1/2 hr. labor.

Decided to try out the company where the representative gave an analysis for work and pricing where I decided to accept one of two options for a fair price. The outcome is it was worth it; as the new motors are very quiet. The technician a gentleman and worked diligently and recommended a year safety check. I accepted his recommendation and today I know the motors to the older doors are working fine.

My 4 star rating is for the the installation technician (Rob) who installed my door and the previous tech who came to install the door, and pointed out that what was ordered from the original measurement would not fit correctly, and new rail and doors would have to be re-ordered. Rob did a great job installing the new door which still was not easy as my house is old and half of the foundation is stone with cinder block on top and he had to chisel away some of the stone so the door attachments to lift it would have clearance. Not an easy job! He did the work right and the door works great!! 5 stars if it wasn't for the delay with the second door!
