Incredible service. I called and two hours later the service technician called me as asked if we could try some simple stuff over the phone and avoid a service charge. Well, that was a first. There was no simple solution so he stopped by 20 minutes later and was a real rock star. Precision is them best, hands down.

Ron was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain our options when our garage door motor malfunctioned. He was able to install a new motor right away and he was kind enough to walk us through the new functions instead of just handing us the user manual. We certainly appreciate his expertise and time. Will definitely call Precision again in the future!

Jesse was the technician. he did a very professional job. They were a tad expensive, especially for a senior, but they are an honest company that actually does the work that needs to be done. Jesse was well trained in how to fix the opener and aware of all the problems to be encountered. He did a fine job. Be aware there are others out there that claim to be local Garage Door repair people who simply are not.

Paul was awesome. He's great to work with and does not try to sell you something you don't need or want. He repaired one opener and replaced springs/roller on our doors. The doors work great now. He did it in a very timely fashion.
