I easily scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon for this morning to have our garage door repaired. It was off the track, with bent and/or broken pieces. The company representative showed up on-time, gave me a quick evaluation and estimate, and skillfully and expeditiously made the repairs, plus a couple of others that we had not planned. I was very impressed with the young man who assisted us. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to my friends.

Bobby K- Vahdatshoar, my technician, was knowledgeable and professional and explained how several wear-and-tear issues affected garage door performance. Bottom line: I learned why semi-annual maintenance tune-ups are important to avoid larger and more expensive problems. As an informed consumer, I plan to follow up with PGD in the future.

The technicians did a professional job. I am satisfied with the result. But the price charged for the 2 springs that they replaced was $ 438, which was excessive, in view that the cost on the internet varies between $ 50 to $ 100 a pair. Can you explain the difference, please.

Just an FYI, I do not generally write reviews, but I gave Keith 5 stars and would have given more if possible. He communicated with me numerous times to verify the appointment time. He arrived on time, got to work, and had the problem solved quickly. He also took the time to educate me on my door opener issues(age, repair, and replacement schedules). He did not charge me for the service call or repair which others would have. If Keith is representative of the technicians from this company they have found a new client. I recommend him without reservation.

Garage door failed on Friday night so needed service on weekend. Called 24/7 number and was able to get appointment for Saturday at no extra charge. Repairman Keith called ahead to confirm and showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed problem (broken chain sprocket) and gave me option of repairing rather than replacing entire motor. This resulted in substantial savings. When he finished he checked alignment of and lubricated door itself and even helped me with synching my car's built in transponder with opener. Keith clearly knew his stuff, was polite and carefully explained the repair to me. All-in-all good experience because of highly skilled and customer -friendly service.
