My experience was not a good one. My garage door was partially working when Precision Rep arrived.The motor was damaged after adjustments and was not working at all when Precision left. Looks like I will need another motor. I don't plan on recommending Precision to any of my neighbors and will not be using them in the future.

Definitely 5 stars! Precision has serviced my garage doors for 20 years and I have complete faith in their knowledge, advice and expertise. Yesterday I noticed my keyless entry keypads weren't working. The office was able to schedule Keith to come to my house today at a time convenient for me. Keith was terrific! He arrived on time after calling to let me know he was on his way. He is super nice; professional but friendly. He knew right away what the problem was, had all the necessary equipment with him, completed the repair and explained everything during the process. He checked all keypads, remotes and wall openers and made sure everything was in top shape before leaving. I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

Keith also replaced a damaged part in the garage door opener. He was very thorough and explained everything that was wrong.....also gave me all the options for repairing the door and the opener. He was able to do the work right away. I gave Keith 5 stars. He was very kind and polite....he made certain that I understood everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problems. The 24/7 service is great.

My window of time was 12-4. I told the person who scheduled the appt. that I would not be home until after 1. Gary came right before that time and left hangers on my garage and front door. When I called him back to explain that I specifically requested someone come after 1, he told me he was still in the area and would come right back. He came within 10 minutes and took care of my problem promptly. He was very pleasant and professional and I would recommend him to others.
