All around 5 Star rating. I am a return customer and once again am totally satisfied. The spring broke and the door would not open. Within an hour and a half, the technician was there and made the needed repairs. Rick was excellent - professional and very knowledgeable. Could not have asked for more.

I am so pleased with Precision Door. We had our garage spring break and we were scheduled for this morning. Rick called this morning and let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Once he was here, he realized we needed a custom spring. He was able to get one made right away, ran out and got it then came back to finish the job. We've used Precision door before and are extremely pleased with their professionalism.

Precision did a great job. We had them replace our garage doos several years ago. This visit was to correct a door that wouldn’t fully close. The technician arrived during our scheduled window and called 30 minutes ahead as promised. The technician serviced the door and made recommendations to replace parts that were very worn. He inspected the other door and recommended replacing the motor to avoid having the door fail in the not too distant future. He had all the parts on hand and performed the work in a single visit, which is very appreciated. He also asked if we were AAA members (we are) so we were able get a discount that we didn’t expect!

Immediate response. Call made late I day and arrived the next morning. Employee Derrick was courteous, professional and friendly. Besides replacing the rollers, lubricating all parts, he reattached my door bracket (the original problem) and inspected all door parts and operation. Also received our Angie's list 10% discount. This business is Aces in my book!

The technician although pleasant arrived much after the appointment time. The quoted invoice was much higher than what was verbally told to me. When I spoke to a supervisor all he had was excuses. Don't want excuses , need a good job done.
