You have to get more employees. Seth is a very good professional man and you people (management) are assigning his poor guy all over the state of Maine. You are running this guy ragged and it is effecting customer service. My honest opinion and you can take it or leave it.

I couldn't believe I got same day service! Anthony was punctual, competent, and resolved my garage door opener issue very well. He was able to diagnose the problem and give me several options to correct it. I chose the option to replace the 20+ year old opener and keypads, and now my door opens and closes smoothly using any of the clickers he programmed for me. We had lightning strike our garage and it killed both of our door openers. I was able to get an appointment right away with Precision and Justin the tech was at our home early and ready. He checked everything out and then gave us 4 different quotes so we had options as to how much we wanted to spend. After we picked one, he then did the work that very day. He was done in like an hour and a half and explained everything he did and how it worked. We were very impressed with his communication and skill. Very happy with the work. And he just was very nice.
