I made an appointment online using the website calendar, and noticed an opening for the next day. I was contacted the next day by the technician who'd be performing the repair. I also received a text message with a photo of Tony, and a but about him prior to his arrival. This message was helpful, and provided a very professional opinion of the company in general. Tony was very prompt and knowledgeable regarding the repair of our garage door. Tony had an employee training alongside him, Mike I believe, and both were courteous. Although our repair was a quick visit, Tony took the time to discuss future maintenance items to consider to keep our door operational for years to come. Whenever we need additional repairs to our garage door, I will not hesitate to contact Precision!
