My experience with Precision was superior from start to finish. The website was easy to use to request an appointment. The response was immediate and I had an appointment within two days Blaine the technician was so thoughtful and so diligent about explaining everything that he saw and that could be an issue. His evaluation was thorough and honest. I was given three different quotes for three different approaches. There was no sales pressure and every effort was made to make sure that it was what I wanted. Blaine came back to do the repairs within three days. when complete he told me that he was not satisfied with the outcome and went back to talk to his associates to get their opinion and what he could do to make it better. He came back within 24 hours and in fact it is now better. Everyone that I dealt with including the office manager Tammy, was friendly, helpful, and thorough. I can recommend this company as one of the best that I’ve dealt with in Maine.
