Expectations - YES Solve problem - YES Service Reps - Most Defintely Helpful - YES Advertising - ALL OF IT They did a fantastic job .. less than 2 hrs .. very respectful and answered all or questions .. we were looking at just replacing a few rollers " 40 + year old unit but decided to go with a whole new unit .. door still good could not be happier .. as we get older it was getting harder to raise our 16' door manually ... so we took the plunge and are happy ... I called yesterday to get a quote for my garage door. I had Jacob and Matt come to my house the next day expecting to get a quote and much to my surprise they quoted me a fair price and was able to do the repairs within a few hours, I was impressed with their knowledge and workmanship they worked well together. and went above the call of duty to program my 2 vehicles and installed my app on my phone not many service people would take the time to do that, I am thankful for their care to detail I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to any of family or friends, Great pair of young Men.

I was totally impressed with how quick they showed up for the evaluation and estimate and then came the very next day to install. Javon the service technician came from Baton Rouge came today. Javon did an excellent job today. He was polite, courteous, kept me posted on how the installation was going every time I checked on him. He did a great job and explained everything to me perfectly.
