Jonah didn't have the proper part for the repair (my door is over 20 years old and no longer manufactured) so he cleverly improvised and fastened the opener to the door in another way. Jonah was personable, knowledgeable and business-like. He is a credit to your company. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

I had an emergency whereby the garage door wouldn’t open, with two cars inside! Found Precision via Google search, was impressed by website and made appointment for early next day. Technician arrived early and knew immediately what was wrong, a broken spring. He replaced it and checked out the whole system and was very pleasant to work with. I’d give Mike 6 stars.
