Garage door was installed 4 yrs ago by Precision. Matthew(LA) came out Friday to fix the unit, he made a return trip in Monday but unfortunately that didn't resolve the issue.(Malfunctioning wifi board). Matthew(AL) came back out Tuesday and replaced the entire assembly. From the original installation to this only repair, the team went above and beyond to make it effortless .

I looked on Google for a garage door repair. They seemed very knowledgeable and had good reviews. I called at 10 minutes to 5 on Thursday and they came today and fixed it. My garage door works like new and I have added features. Matthew did the install and he was wonderful. Explained all the workings to me and how to care for it. Diligent

One of my door springs had failed, trapping my car in the garage. Precision Door was sympathetic to this issue and able to respond within a few hours! Before anyone else even returned my calls! David Brown was the technician who came out and he was quite thorough, giving me several options to address the problem. He also helped me to get my car out since the option I chose required him to come back. David did a careful and excellent job of installing a new system. I found him to be very knowledgeable, willing to share that knowledge, and working at a steady & efficient pace to complete the work. He would be most welcome here again!

The chain broke on our opener. Without inspecting the unit Jacob said the entire unit needed replacement for $650. We said "no, thanks." Craftsmen Garage Doors came out. The master link in the chain had popped. He replaced it, and found in his records that he had replaced all the guts in the unit in 2018 and they were fine. $150, saving $500. He even serviced the other garage door opener at no additional charge. They're both operating like new. Stay away from Precision Garage Door. They're out to upsell you.
