From the estimate to the installation, it was smooth sailing. The photos of the employees is a great comfort. Watching the install was so very impressive.Ramon worked very efficiently and clean. He was professional and polite. I would highly recommend Precision to everyone. We purchased a 12' garage door and garage door opener.

On April 25, 2023 the technician that has originally presented to my home returned. This visit was a follow-up garage door repair/bottom seal as recommended. The additional cost was paid prior to the April 25th visit. The technician presented to my home/garage as scheduled. The technician, stated he was unable to perform the work as per his recommended. He stated the amount paid would be reimbursed. In preparation for the planned work/bottom seal the previous bottom seal was removed, thus leaving a gap of approx. 2-3 inches. We now have to find a solution to this, closing the gap so as to prevent the entry of insects, rodents, and rain from entering my home via the garage as left by the technician. I contacted your office on 4/26 requesting follow-up, was told someone would be contacting me, yet I'm still waiting. As I perused the internet, thus reading reviews, and BBB website I thought Precision Door was a good fit. Apparently I was WRONG! Respectfully, Leslie A. Royal
