My garage door is wooden and therefore heavy. It was installed when my house was built about 46 years ago, so it took time and patience by the Technician to install the correct springs and tension them properly. Overall I am well pleased with the final results and definitely recommend Precision Door of New Orleans. Installed new springs, shaft, pullies, cables and rollers. Balanced the door.

Brad was super friendly and knowledgeable about this job. He interacted with my son while inspecting the door, he found a few bearings that had worn out as well as the broken spring he was called out for. He noticed our house was for sale so he made sure I understood the lifetime warranty was not transferable and did not push the sale of it. After picking my repair package he got to work and was done much quicker than I was thought. His work was top notch and our door is opening like brand new again.
