I was quite a jam this am. I had a funeral service to attend fo a very close friend. I went to open my garage door jusy as I do every day and would not open. Well I called the garage door people who installed same to come out. They told me that they could come out today and would not have an appt until April. Was I just supposed to stay in my house until then?. One of those long stories shorten, I called Precision. They immediatly gave me an appt between 2 and 4. Tech came out and did fix my problem in about an hr or so. Never paid attention to time. He is very efficient and very professional and would re ommend this co and also the tech Wilson to anyone. Thank you so much.

Completely jacked up my garage. Spent $600 and my garage is worse now than it was before the tech came. I asked him if everything was fine. Clearly he didn't even check to make sure it worked. When I called they tried telling me the next available date was 11 days away. My garage door is barely hanging on at a 30 degree angle. 30 seconds to check the door was all he had to do.

Today Kyle came out to inspect our garage door. After we’ve already been told the garage is beyond repair Kyle had it back working like new in just about an hour. His professionalism, knowledge of his trade and dedication to repair the door was like none other.
