I was very impressed with this company. They installed a new garage door and door opener for us a couple of months ago. They were efficient and timely with the installation and the door has been great. I can't believe it took me so long to get a door that is automatic and I am surprised everyday at how pleased we are with it! I was also amazed that Precision charged less than Home Depot for the door, opener and installation. I do have one complaint though. We were given only two remotes and they don't sell the remotes retail. We'd have to pay for a technician to come back out and install the new remote.
