I am quite disturbed that the estimates provided were thousands more then other companies. I feel the salesman was taking advantage of me because I’m older and a female. Shame on your company for allowing such prejudice to take advantage of people.

They provided excellent service. They are expensive but they provide value for what they charge. FYI They replaced my rollers with nylon rollers (very quiet), replaced the drive mechanism with a belt drive (quietest type), replaced the top seal that was the source of the problem -- and did all this in about 2 hours.
