I have used Precision Garage Door 2 times in the last 4 months. Both times the technician was there in a timely manner and fixed my problem at a reasonable cost. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of their services.

My door and motor were 21 years old. The motor was failing. Precision had received high ratings on a neighborhood website so I called them. The techs came, surveyed, and gave me two estimates. One was replace the motor with a one year warranty the the other was replace motor and all hardware with a 10 year warranty. Both both estimates saved my current door. I chose the 10 year warranty job because I assume the price was reasonable and I was tired of tinkering. The new door was up and operating in three hours. Three weeks later, the door was making a screeching noise. I called Saturday and the tech was there Tuesday. It was an install problem. He had it fixed withing 30 minutes. I hope this is the last I see of them, however, there is a 10 year warranty.

I received a text, that morning, that the technician was on his way along with all his information, a picture of him and a brief history. Javon was my technician, and he was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patience and explained all that Precision had to offer. I was quoted the price it would cost, how long it would take for the job to be completed and everything that would be done. You can't find a better professional company than Precision and Javon is a remarkable, outstanding and a very hardworking young technician. My work was performed back in early January 2024, and I can tell you I'm still extremely pleased with my new door and my decision to go with Precision. What an amazing team!
