I checked their website and that had good reviews. I called to check on installing an opener for my barn. Sent a man out the next morning. We talked about the different options. Gave me a price upfront and I said yes. He installed it that day. Man was very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone.

Definitely 5 stars. I ordered 3 garage doors from the Owensboro office. The doors came in and on the day of installation the Precision Team had to work extra long to overcome an error that I had made on my building. The doors look great and the whole Precision Team was beyond professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this company. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

So I woke up on a Friday morning to discover my garage door wouldn't close. Couldn't figure it out myself, so I quickly looked online for a service that could possibly address it the same day. I thankfully discovered Precision Garage Door and called to schedule an appointment. It was easy, fast, and the person I spoke to was clear about the projected time and double checked my address and contact information. At the appointed time frame Eric and Austin called to give me a half hour notification they were on their way, and they arrived promptly and listened to the issue I was having. They quickly figured out it was a faulty sensor and were able to easily install new ones and fix my issue. It was a job I probably could have handled that night, but thankfully they were able to take care of it. Well worth the price, which was reasonable, and saved me a ton of headache on a day where I had too much going on to want to deal with it myself. Shout out to Eric and Ausitn, much appreciated!

I'm a multi-time purchaser of Precision Doors. Two Garage Doors in Florida and three in Kentucky. The openers are amazingly quiet, the techs come on time and do the right thing in a professional manner. I've had two warranty calls, including one today for an eight year old door. Never any attempt to not stand by the warranty. These folks are the real deal.
