I contacted Precision Garage Door Service after finding them through Google. I had an issue with my garage door. They sent me a picture and bio of Logan who came to look at what needed to be done. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me several options. He said it would take about an hour and a half to complete the job. He was right. Before he left we tried the garage door and it worked. Ten minutes after he left I had more complications with it. I called the number at Precision. She told me I would have to wait until the next available date of service, three days later. Within 10 minutes Logan called me and asked what was going on, because he noticed my name was back on a service call. I explained it to him. He said I will be there in 10 minutes. He was. He took care of the problem and now the garage door works perfectly!

Jerron completed the initial inspection and identified issues we were not aware of. (in addition to the broken cables) He did an excellent job of explaining why we needed to replace the parts that he identified as a safety concerns. All the parts were replaced in a timely manner and Jerron cleaned up everything before he left. Jerron was pleasant to talk to and was very respectful when discussing the issues with the door.

Great experience all around! We loved the ease of making the appointment online and Jarron contacting us when he was on the way. Called Precision Garage Door yesterday and scheduled a service call for today between 8a-12p. Lickety-split at 8am, Jarron called to let me know he was on his way. I also got a nifty text message with his photo and details of the upcoming call. He arrived perfectly on time and did a quick assessment of my problems, fixed them, and even gave me a competitive quote on an opener. Not a thing could have been improved upon, Jarron was great. I love this company so far. Company Serv Rep Logan, showed up for the initial 1st home visit, he's great to work with. We loved his outgoing personality and helpfulness in choosing the right garage door for my home. Glad I spent the time finding out all my options and decided to get an insulated door to help with keeping the weather more manageable for my garage. Excited to see how the new door is going to look like and finally being able to lower and raise it with the new garage door opener. PS.
