My spring broke at night and I never had a problem with my door before so I googled first thing in morning. Came across precision door and called. They got me in latte that day. My technician Brett was awesome. Very nice calling ahead of time actually twice. Showed and was very professional. He did tell me though I had to replace my door and that they could to do it the next day. Came back out and put it in and was quick too. I highly recommend this company because first hand the customer service has been the best and just overall taking care of the situation too.

I was impressed with the same day service and Brett Sackenheim the technician that did the repair. He was very nice and very good at his repair work. He did forget one of his tools at the house - a flat metal file. Whenever he is in the area, he can make arrangements for picking the tool up. I think he is a good employee for Precision and will someday be in charge. Go Brett!

The door was temporarily repaired while a part was ordered. They came this morning and did a fantastic job - I highly recommend them to anyone. And yes they stand behind their warranty and are very honest which is rare these days.

He came out to inspect garage door to make sure the spring in adequate since I just installed insulation on the doors. New build, contractor installed a very small opener which may not last very many years. Door was said to be balanced and working as it's supposed to. He gave me some ideas so when I need replacement.

The team that came out to evaluate my garage door issues was great. The install team was incredible. Great personalities. However, they didn’t hit their 2 hour window. Weren’t really close at all for on time. Things happen. I’m not upset. Next time though I recommend letting the customer know it’s going to be much better and tell them they can run some errands if they need too. I appreciate the reduction in the billing. But I lost my entire day.

This was absolutely spectacular, and that would be an understatement. I called at 8:30pm on Labor Day thinking this would take a week or so to set up. Someone answered. 2 very professional service technicians came out and installed the garage door opener the next day at noon. Initial phone contact to installation was less than 24 hours. AMAZING. You could write the book for the entire industry on how to handle customer service.... fantastic experience. Thank You.

I wish he had mentioned that there was a $15 coupon available on the website - it would have saved me a few more dollars - I'm retired so I try to save where I can. Look for a coupon on the website before you get the service performed!
