We chose Precision because the repair tech did a great job in fixing the springs on our old garage door. Our old door was original to our home and needed to be replaced. The repair tech showed us a brochure and then directed us to Precision’s website. We found the door we liked best and ordered it over the phone. My spring broke at night and I never had a problem with my door before so I googled first thing in morning. Came across precision door and called. They got me in latte that day. My technician Brett was awesome. Very nice calling ahead of time actually twice. Showed and was very professional. He did tell me though I had to replace my door and that they could to do it the next day. Came back out and put it in and was quick too. I highly recommend this company because first hand the customer service has been the best and just overall taking care of the situation too.

I was impressed with the same day service and Brett Sackenheim the technician that did the repair. He was very nice and very good at his repair work. He did forget one of his tools at the house - a flat metal file. Whenever he is in the area, he can make arrangements for picking the tool up. I think he is a good employee for Precision and will someday be in charge. Go Brett!

I purchased a door and opener several months ago and had a hardware failure. I contacted precision and received immediate response to my home. The door was temporarily repaired while a part was ordered. They came this morning and did a fantastic job - I highly recommend them to anyone. And yes they stand behind their warranty and are very honest which is rare these days.

He came out to inspect garage door to make sure the spring in adequate since I just installed insulation on the doors. New build, contractor installed a very small opener which may not last very many years. Door was said to be balanced and working as it's supposed to. He gave me some ideas so when I need replacement.
