My motor seized in my old chain drive and I called the second it happened around 6AM since they have 24/7 phone service. They got me a same day appointment and my technician that was dispatched, Brian, was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He provided me with options and was able to replace it in about an hour. The technician was on time and professional. The garage door was inspected quickly and the spring tension was adjusted as requested. The door balance was not enough for me, so he quickly adjusted further to my satisfaction. I wish he had mentioned that there was a $15 coupon available on the website - it would have saved me a few more dollars - I'm retired so I try to save where I can. Look for a coupon on the website before you get the service performed!

Positive: Installed 2 new openers on 9-1-17 and both operate smooth and quite as advertised (Model8355). Tech, (Kevin), knew his stuff and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Price was right also. Negative: Between 8-15-17 when I first called and 9-1-17 when job completed they cancelled 3 times due to scheduling problems on their behalf, really complicated my daily schedule. Price was right or I would have cancelled.
