We had used Precision Door at another house in another state, so decided to go back to them. Again, as the first time, service was very quick (next day), two very pleasant and knowledgeable men showed up. They provided several options, we picked the one we needed most immediately and they completed the work very quickly and efficiently. They gave us some restaurant suggestions, too! Very pleased with the service. Will call Precision again when needed and for regular maintenance.

The technician arrived onsite on time. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. However the price was way higher than what was quoted by phone. The price quoted was around $300 or so including the service call. The final price was over a thousand dollars. I appreciate the promptness but it was a little pricey.

I've used Precision in the past and their work and professionalism is outstanding not only the technicians but their customer service representatives when scheduling an appointment. Tim was my technician yesterday, Dec 5th and did an excellent job in getting my garage door working properly and explained in detailed what the problem was and how he solved it. He was courteous, professional and down to earth as an individual. I would recommend Precision to anyone that ever have a problem with their garage door. Kudos to a great company.

We had a fantastic experience with Precision Door. We purchased an entire garage door & system as the one in our house was original and ~30 years old. I knew I wanted a quote from Precision after finding their website and designing the look and feel of the door (that was particularly helpful). Hannah, our sales representative was very responsive to our many questions. She kept us in the loop after the order was made and we appreciated her sharing the ETA on the door (once we ordered, we couldn't wait to have it installed!) Mitchell was our installer and he, too provided excellent service. He did a great job and we absolutely love the look of our door and the operation of it as well! Thank you!

This was the 3rd time we used Precision for garage issues. They are fast, friendly and efficient. The springs were replaced once before in June of 2013. We heard a loud crash in our garage but could not figure out what it was. The next morning, as we tried to leave, we could not get the garage door open. Come to find out the spring had busted. I called Precision and they were able to fit us into an already busy day of calls. This is our second time working with Precision and it won't be the last! Thank you for everything you did.
