My garage door broke and I was in need of a total replacement ASAP. As with many things these days, supplies are limited, and ordering something would take months. My experience w/ PDS was EXCELLENT beginning with my initial call, and warm welcome from Teresa. She got me scheduled with the sales rep, Blake, the very next morning. Blake was great - knowledgeable, friendly and had what I wanted in stock for immediate installation. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, Matt the technician completely impressed me with his friendly demeanor, suggestions, and ability to work around a few minor 'quirks'. He is also extremely skilled and got my new garage door & motor installed in 4 hours, which I thought was extremely quick. Not only does the new garage door look GREAT, I feel I will be well taken care of, should any issues arise. A+ job by the entire PDS team. We chose Precision because of the on-line reviews to have our garage door removed after I ran through it with the car. It had to be removed in order to move the car. Fran and Andrew not only quickly accomplished that task, but helped remove cinder blocks and other debris from around the car, and directed me in backing the car out. I cannot exaggerate how kind and helpful they were, not only in helping us physically get the car out, but in reassuring me that many people, not just old people, have this kind of accident. Andrew was my Technician and I have to say, I don't think I could have had any better service. I called yesterday afternoon about having someone come out to adjust the tension on my torsion springs that raise & lower the door and Andrew was at my house at 8AM today. He was extremely courteous and pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my door was in tip top shape. In addition to adjusting the tension of the springs properly, he completely serviced and lubricated the door hinges, rollers, and tracks. It now works better than it has the entire 35 years I've lived there. And the cherry on top was that the cost of the service was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased!
