Pleasantly surprised that I could request a service call after regular business hours. Tech called 20 minutes before arrival to give me a heads up he was on his way. After inspection my vintage opener was determined to be beyond repair and it needed replaced. Tech was very professional and had the new opener installed quickly and left no trace of his work.
