Precision was able to schedule our appointment to fix garage door the next morning after a spring shaft broke. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable, which is a huge plus. He did a great job and made sure the whole system was secure and no problems. The system now has a 10 year warranty which is great!

I set up appointment online at 12 noon on 7/15/24. Appointment was made for between 4 and 6 P M the same day. About 2 P M I received a message that the techinican Kyle could come over in 15 minutes. He came, was very professional and diagnosed the problems on 3 issues. I instructed to take the spring off to see if the metal rod was ok. He did that and I came out and he explained the situation to me and I agreed to the 10 Year Warranty on the services to be completed. He completed the services in about 2 hours and got the GDO operating properly. It runs very well and quiet and right now I am very satisfied with the technician and work done. I am very pleased that the service appointment was so quick and Kyle the techinician was fantastic. Kyle is an asset to your company. Please do not ever lose him as an employee. Thank you very much for a job well done.

Very professional and prompt. I phoned around noon and had a tech out by 3 PM. PROBLEM SOLVED With a few adjustments and new sensor bracket. My tech, Sam Mathis was very personable and even had a slightly used bracket he replaced and re aligned the sensor. I was only charged a very reasonable trip charge. I would highly recommend them for any service or replacement on your garage door.

My garage door broke at 6PM yesterday. I called and set up an appointment. They were able to get me in at 8AM this morning. The technician, Sam Mathis, was great. He walked me through everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand with no high pressure sales tactics. He had everything back up and running in no time at all.
