First time using Precision and it was awesome. No one likes dishing out extra money around Christmas but Sam explained the process, Arrived on time, Early actually and got our torsion system replaced and back up and running in no time. (Less than an hour) Good prices and a great employee. Will definitely recommend precision to anyone that needs a garage door or a repair!

We just closed on our home this past week and within a couple of days, the garage had a major malfunction and busted the door! I wasn’t sure who to call but I did remember the little jingle I’d heard on TV: “Precision Door Service, a name you can trust!” I knew they had to be my first call. Everyone we worked with, from beginning to end, was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful! It was our first experience with a garage door company and I don’t think we’ll ever use anyone else.

We have used Precision Garage Door before to replace the spring and opener on our other door. We were and are happy with the service and quality of the equipment. We did also have a coupon from Valpak. The spring broke Sunday evening. I called Monday morning and a time was set up for that afternoon Worth Henry was our technician and did an excellent job. I will recommend Precision Garage Door to my neighbors.

Springs broke around 12 noon on Wednesday (Nov 27, 2024) with vehicle in garage. Precision repair arrived and had problem fixed before 4 PM. Day before Thanksgiving and prompt attention. Grant and Kyle covered every detail and then some. Great service and very professional.
