We were very impressed with the two young men who installed our garage door! They were very nice, hard working, & very well trained. They did a good job of cleaning up after the job. They told us that the one panel would be replaced that was scratched. We gave them an A+ for their work & their great attitude.

The precision team was awesome, from the scheduling to the work completed. Sam Campbell, the technician was very professional and explained everything in detail. Our garage door came off track on a recent below zero late Friday afternoon. Called Precision and they worked with me with several call backs and got me scheduled for 7am the next morning (Saturday). The rep (Bryce Strumpfer) showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed an issue with an antiquated spring system and had it replaced with new rollers in no more than an hour. Incredibly impressed with everything. Easy five stars!

Bryce called ahead and arrived on time. He inspected my broken garage door and identified issues he recommended me to fix. He then provided me a list of repair options from the very basic necessity to get the garage door working again to completely replacing the garage door. Although I didn't choose the more expensive options due to the age of the door, he has been courteous all alone. Once I decided on the repair items, he quickly got everything fixed in like just 20 minutes! At the end, he lubricated all moving parts and told me I could expect another 5-7 years of use depending on use frequency. I am satisfied with his professional service and feel that I should leave this review to acknowledge his excellent work.
