You are THE BEST. The bracket holding the door to the ceiling was coming loose. We had the dry wall repaired recently and a new support board installed but it was coming loose again. Called Precision Door and Eric was her within 30minutes. Fixed the door in minutes...no charge. Wow! Give them a 10. We have had them do work at the farm ...excellent and fast always. Would have no one else!!!!!

Thanks for the inspection and recommendations for my garage door/"wall" the old unit was not compatible with the new door as it was too heavy for the torsion assembly. The service tech was very professional and made some good points as to my next steps to getting it back up and running.
