Clayton from Precision Garage door was wonderful (great employee-I hope you treat him well Precision Garage, he's an asset!). I received an email with who would be coming to my home and gave me some information about the employee. Clayton walked through all the concerns I had and what issues my garage door was having and provided me with multiple options for resolutions. This company was able to make a same day appointment and scheduled a repair within two days. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using and recommending this company to anyone I can!

First of all, I was very pleased with being able to schedule a service time online. We had broken garage door springs and at the worst time of the year. Mike let me know when he was on the way. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do and gave us several options. He replaced the springs quickly and our garage door has never been so quiet when opening/closing. Precision Garage Door is the best by far and our only choice from now on!

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door out of Cedar Rapids. Our opener died on a Thursday. Called another company and they couldn't come until the following Tuesday. Called Precision and Clayton came the next day, Friday. Great communication and professionalism. He attempted to fix our unit but it was not salvageable. He came the next day, Saturday, and installed a new operator unit. Clayton is the best. He showed us options and gave clear pricing estimates. Can't speak highly enough of Clayton's level of service.

As usual, the garage door opener started working this morning, after two months of having to manually hold the wall mount switch to close the door. Consistent with my policy, don't fix it if it's not broken, the serviceman left with the understanding that I would call if the door opener failed again. Thanks for the courteous visit. Ray

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Mike the owner was great to work with. I had 2 garage openers installed, a bottom door seal, & new loop cables. Communication by precision was excellent. Also liked that he gave you a two hour timeframe in which he would arrive. None of this sometime between eight and five BS. I had an issue with an outside garage door pad and he probably took care of it. I was very happy with the service, and would certainly use them again if needed.

I liked the add online, introducing the repair men with bio. Clayton Stainer was courteous and professional. Liked his working attitude and commonsense. He corrected the original installers mistakes, those guys just told me this is the way it has to be. Sure after a few years it broke the mounting rail and burn out the motor.There was no stud support directly behind the rail. I really like the compilate job with camera and every thing programed.

I needed service on a Sunday. My call immediately went through to a human who helped me make an appointment within just a few hours. The service technician called ahead to share his likely arrival time. Once here, he assessed the full garage door, documented issues with pictures, and provided cost options for resolution. He seemed very knowledgeable and conscientious. Within about 1.5 hours, all repairs were made, and payment was easy. It was a fast and thorough fix, especially, again, for a Sunday.

Clayton arrived quickly and at the appointment time. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were able to operate the new door opener (and remotes) properly. I was given several options as to what might be the problem. We started with the sensors. That was the problem. He installed new sensors and he adjusted a few things that needed it and we were working again. He was professional and friendly and he knew what he was doing. I thought he did a great job.
