Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Mike the owner was great to work with. I had 2 garage openers installed, a bottom door seal, & new loop cables. Communication by precision was excellent. Also liked that he gave you a two hour timeframe in which he would arrive. None of this sometime between eight and five BS. I had an issue with an outside garage door pad and he probably took care of it. I was very happy with the service, and would certainly use them again if needed.

I liked the add online, introducing the repair men with bio. Clayton Stainer was courteous and professional. Liked his working attitude and commonsense. He corrected the original installers mistakes, those guys just told me this is the way it has to be. Sure after a few years it broke the mounting rail and burn out the motor.There was no stud support directly behind the rail. I really like the compilate job with camera and every thing programed.

precision door came the same afternoon we called. They keep us informed about the exact time they would arrive. Mike was exceptional, and showed us the problem very quickly. In addition, he showed us how to code it ourselves. We have two doors and we set up different codes for each. It was not the battery. I needed service on a Sunday. My call immediately went through to a human who helped me make an appointment within just a few hours. The service technician called ahead to share his likely arrival time. Once here, he assessed the full garage door, documented issues with pictures, and provided cost options for resolution. He seemed very knowledgeable and conscientious. Within about 1.5 hours, all repairs were made, and payment was easy. It was a fast and thorough fix, especially, again, for a Sunday.

Clayton arrived quickly and at the appointment time. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were able to operate the new door opener (and remotes) properly. I was given several options as to what might be the problem. We started with the sensors. That was the problem. He installed new sensors and he adjusted a few things that needed it and we were working again. He was professional and friendly and he knew what he was doing. I thought he did a great job. The man who came to fix my garage was wonderful. He explained to me what the issue was, what part was malfunctioning, and fixed it for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue with my garage door.
