Bought new garage doors for our new home. The wrong size doors were ordered by precision, too small and sales tried to have these installed even after they were refused by us. This sales person was not kind and words were spoken and he was asked to leave. The correct doors were ordered and installed. The receptionist and the installers were great to speak and work with and the garage doors are very nice. I do not feel that we were treated well due to the ordering error by precision.

What a great company. From the girl that set up the service call to the technician that did the repair. Pleasant people to deal with! Great customer service and did the repair. My appointment was followed up with an email confirming the date, time and the name of the technician....wow! I would highly recommend this company!

2 stars I was quoted no more than $240, but when the tech came he tried to charge $550, my husband told him it was suppose to be $240 or less, so the charged my husband over $300, my husband got mad and him $240 or you can take it back, the tech finally charged $249! This situation makes me not trust this company at all!!!! Changing a price 3 seperate times after a quote was ridiculous

Our technicians are required to inspect the entire door system regardless of what symptom or price to fix that symptom was talked about on the phone. It is totally up to you as to whether you decide to have the repairs done. We always recommend that you keep your door in optimum working condition.
