AJ did a great job on putting in new springs and garage door opener. He was very professional and courteous. Did not waste anytime. He programmed our car opener for the garage and the new app on my cell phone. Would highly recommend

I had intermittent issues with door closing all the way as if the sensors at bottom were detecting something in the way (and there wasn’t). The door worked fine when your guys showed (it was an intermittent problem) so they didn’t know what they could do other than guess the issue and give me estimates for new door, etc. I paid $80 for their visit and estimates. The next day the door was an issue when I left for work. Had to put it in manual use. Later in day when I returned and put on automatic again - the door was working fine. I had 2 neighbors look at the issue. They tampered with the sensors at bottom (they thought they looked out of whack) and I haven’t had any issues since! I’ve used the door for 4 days with no issues. I’m not happy with the $80 for no fix or even attempt to fix. It seemed to be all about estimates and selling me something.

At the time of our visit we observed your door opener cycle several times without an interruption and didn’t see any indicator/warning lights which would have alerted us to a need for a further investigation into the functionality of your safety sensors. Additionally, we regret we weren’t able to achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction during our visit. The door continued to work fine for a few weeks. I did speak with manager who gracitiously refunded my $79. I totally appreciated her and will continue to use Precision.

I chose Precision Door because I had used them a couple of years ago and the gentleman did a great job at fixing the door. When I called a couple of days ago for them to fix my broken garage door, the company scheduled me as soon as they could, and the technician, Lee, was great!! Lee was honest and sat down with both myself and my husband to go over the challenges and needs we had regarding the fixing of our garage door. He was very personable, and spent time discussion our options. The company itself has been very kind, helpful, and great to work with!! I would highly recommend Precision Door. Don't have them come fix anything!! What a RIP off! Said we needed a new garage door opener. Suggested we buy the $800.00 + one... Said we needed new rollers. Not the case. I went online spent a total of $24.00 on the part I needed. When it came in the mail I installed it myself in under 20 minutes. All I needed was a new gear. WOW PRECISION DOOR!. You get an F!

We are grateful to Precision Garage Door for many reasons: they were able to fit us on the schedule for the next day, and in the morning! Every phone call was with a pleasant, friendly person. Most of all, our technician. After seeing Mike B. bio and all his 5 star ratings, we understand the high rating. To begin, Mike B. called, as we were told the night before that the technician would call 30 minutes before coming, he did and was prompt in arriving. After assessing the garage door spring, he let us know what he would have to do and how long it would take. He was a lifesaver to us.
