Blaque is a great technician. He is very nice and professional. He took time to explain the product and the CORRECT pricing. Our new system is so quiet! It is great. Love the keypads! The only negative was the staples(?) on the garage floor which my wife swept up before I placed my truck back in the garage.

It is too early to tell about the repairs, but as far as prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, AJ was Outstanding. AJ certainly gave us the confidence to believe that should we decide to go ahead with an entire new door system he would be our man. 5

The door is just what the house needed, it is quiet, makes the outside quiet, and the house a little warmer not to mention that outside appearance is improved. Awesome service. My technician was Andy and he did an awesome job. I had a new garage door opener installed on my garage door that had never had an opener before. Here's how it went: He called 20 minutes before he was going to be there. He showed up in 20 minutes. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He used his iPad to quickly draw up a quote that gave me three options: Good, Better, Best. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. After I decided what I wanted, he went to his truck, got what he needed and installed the new opener. When he was finished he showed me how to use everything, answered the questions that I had and asked if there were any more questions. He was literally at my home from start to finish in an hour. Like I said before...awesome job.
