I called in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day. Glen was honest about my different options and I feel confident I made the best decision regarding the repair. I purchased an all metal mechanism encompassing cables, torsion spring, etc. fixing the tilted door that wouldn’t completely close on one side. The all metal (no plastic) option gave me a 10 year warranty on the parts.
