We had a broken spring on one of our garage doors. We called and Precision sent Ryan L. out the next day. Due to age of the 2 openers, we decided to have them replaced as well as the broken spring. Ryan did a great job describing the work he would be doing, costs of the repairs, and replacement parts/equipment. He was courteous and we were very pleased with the work as well as the response time with Precision. We will recommend Precision and Ryan L. to others.

So I’m leaving for work and the garage door decides it doesn’t want to close. Long story short I called precision and Andrew was at the house within an hour and my door, spring, roller and cable issue was taken care of within 2 hours of the original call. This was an excellent experience all the way around. Excellent response, professional work and not bad pricing for all the work my 12 year old garage door set up needed. We are new to the Carmel area and when we decided a new garage door was needed, so we search the web. Read reviews and compared them to our want and need. Pricing , selection, warranty on product. We received one of our local magazines and I saw an ad for Precision Garage Door. In looking over their ad we decided to call them. A Saturday meeting with one of their reps sealed the deal. Today 5/7/24 we had our door installed. Tim C was the gentleman that came to do the install. He was very nice , informative and professional. He arrived right on time went to work and did a tremendous job. He asked us to check his work once he was done to make sure we were satisfied. He explained what he did and why. Very through! The tech did address the concern of when you use the outside keypad, both doors would open. But his initial response was to just replace a less than two year old key pad with a new one. When questioned as to why he couldn’t try to reset it and reprogram it, he said he didn’t think that could be done. Ultimately that is what he did, and it addressed it.
